ispconfig safe to upgrade from 3.0.5.4p9 ?

    Hi.

    I was just wondering if it is safe to upgrade ispconfig 3.0.5.4p9 to current latest 3.1.13 on a centos 7 production server. The main reason would be to use letsencrypt option.
