Trying another ispconfig update:

Create new ISPConfig SSL certificate (yes,no) [no]: yes

Checking / creating certificate for berta.calbasi.net
Using certificate path /etc/letsencrypt/live/berta.calbasi.net
Using apache for certificate validation
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Plugins selected: Authenticator webroot, Installer None
Cert not yet due for renewal
Keeping the existing certificate

Try that fix again now (ie. pull down the latest commit from branch 6254-installer-symlink-warnings-mishandling) - I made a pretty obvious mistake when looking at it this morning.

If it is, it is wrong. See ISPConfig Perfect Server Guide for what it should have. Then test with commands
