Seems as if you installed a wrong default PHP version, the default PHP version of Debian 10 is PHP 7.3 and this is required to be installed, but you seem to have replaced it by PHP 7.4. Go trough the perfect server guide, especially the apache installation chapter, and reinstall the missing software. Then take care to switch to the right PHP version using update-alternatives as described here: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/ You can use newer and older PHP version on your ISPConfig system for the websites, but never change the default PHP version of the OS.
Hi Till. I went trough the perfect server guide, apache installation chapter, reinstalled missing software. using update-alternatives I switched to PHP version 7.3. but now apache do not starts and say: Job for apache2.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status apache2.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
