ISPConfig3 mail doesn't work

I had the exact same issue. It's odd that the server had been working fine for months with no configuration changes until today when it suddenly stopped processing the outgoing mail queue, but I made the change above, and it seems to have fixed it. The queue got processed immediately after restarting postfix and doing 'postqueue -f'.
