ispconfig3_autoselect is leaving server field after upgrade to 1.5.2

Hi,
I have a Roundcube with ispconfig3_autoselect plugin.
It was ok until I upgraded RC from 1.4.x to 1.5.2. Now the server field is visible again in login page. Leaving it empty will work, but it can confuse users. Is this something lost in configuration, a problem with plugin and RC 1.5.2, or.. ? Any idea to fix it?

Make sure there is a default_host set in <roundcube>/config/config.inc.php, like this:
$config['default_host'] = 'localhost';
If the value is empty, the server box will show up on the login page.

The strange thing is that I had empty value running with last version.
