I have the following problem. Without wanting, I deleted the server in ispconfig. Now the sites work but I do not have client access to the FTP. I do not have access to the sites in the ispconfig menu. Please help me!
Can you restore the server from backups? If not, use Internet Search Engines with Seems you are not the first.
I do not have a backup on the entire server. I have a backup only on the sites. I do not find information on the internet about this problem!
Don't panic. Use the string I wrote in the box with your favorite search engine. That finds cases similar to yours. This, for example: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/i-deleted-the-server-in-ispconfig-server-config.71697/
I can not know that. What is that attached picture about? Any connection to the current problem? ISPConfig makes backups in /var/backup/, if you have done updades you might have backups there. Restoring dbispconfig datebase gets you that deleted server back. Restoring /var/www does not help you, the removed server was not there. Make sure you have backup of website files and databases so you have the option to rebuild the server.
