    Hi guys.
I'm trying to install a new SSL certificate using let's encrypt tool.
I've already done that for other domain but for a new one it seems impossible.
I don't see anything on the logs and I've tried more time but unsuccessful.
If I see on the ssl directory this is the situation:

take a look at the enclosed file
    ------------------------------------------
During my attempts I've also used the link but none.
Some of you have encountered something like that?
The only possible anomaly is the presence of a similar domain and is ssl.website.com the default, and the hostname xxxxx.website.com.
Please some of you have suggestion?
    Best regards.

try disableig lets encrypt and the ssl option
save and wait for the chnges to be commited
enable ssl checkbox only, save and wait
    enable letsencrypt save and wait

the naming should usually be ok since it adds the subdomain within the list of domain names afaik - hope I don't mix it up right now.
