Lets encrypt SSL stopped and site become dead slow

    My one site is getting Letsencrupt error .. so did certbot-auto an followed the process.

    website name is https://www.expressrates.in


    Now https is working, but site has become dead slow. every request takes 6/7 seconds to load and whole page taking more than 40 seconds.

    All other hosted sites are working fine.

    So you did not use ISPConfig to create the cert? Certbot-auto destroys the site config when run manually on an ISPConfig system, never use certbot or certbot-auto to issue a cert for an ISPconfig site. Check the apache sites-enabled folder, is there a vhost file for this site with '-le' in the file name?

    suddenly one website stopped working .. maybe LE expired. I am on old centos 7.3 version.
    The LE log was showing that certbot exited with some errors. So I did manual.

    By that time website got affected by some virus.. It created randon wordpress folders. My site is plain php.

    I am restoring from yesterday linode back. Lets see.
