Lost external mail from one domain for one user

I am using Suse linux Open exchange for my mail server. I am on the powertel.co.zw domain.

One of my users is failing to receive external mail from one particular domain zesa.net but she can receive from all other domains. What could be the problem? Please assist

 

Anything in the mail log?

Is 216.104.195.165 the IP address where you expect the emails for zesa.net to arrive?

 

I don't know the zesa.net IP address but the emails that are getting lost are originating from the zesa.net domain. The issue is to find out why only the emails from zesa.net do not get to the intended recipient who is on the powertel.co.zw domain.

It also happens that all others on the powertel.co.zw domain can receive emails from the zesa.net domain except this particular user

 

didn't this person (by accident) made a "junk" rule or something for zesa.net in the e-mail client ?

 

No, there is filter on the email client of this user.

 

and what about the log files, did you find anything there?
