mail.add_x_header not working?

I had these two lines in my php.inis for quite a while and they worked by showing me the originating script in outgoing emails if any.

BUT I now have a spam email coming through which comes from a website WITHOUT the x-originating header even though it was indeed logged in /var/log/mail.log. I can clearly see which contact form it comes from due to its formatting but why is the header not present?

I'll attach it here, any ideas what could be wrong? noname.txt was originally noname.eml I renamed it to be able to upload it here.

(the two lines above are inside every php.ini script on my server!)
