mail delivered to SPAM box and not INBOX in gmail

    Dear All,
    I am followed everything to the letter, but I find myself at a total loss to find that mail sent from my server still goes to spam box and not to inbox in gmail.

    I know, I am still missing something which is causing this.
    I am putting the full header information below, so that masters in this field can help me resolve the problem.
