Mailbox traffic tab not working

Hello there
I have a problem with many ISPConfig installations. All of them are Debian (9 and 10), all single-server, all current versions of ISPC (3.1.15p3).

The Mailbox traffic tab does not show correct data. All information is empty (0 KB). I tried the ways and checked everything that was described in the following places, unfortunately without success:

I tried level logging debugging in ISPC, it also did not bring me anything. Manual cron debugging only returns me "finished" (php cron_debug.php --cronjob=100-mailbox_stats.inc.php).

I've run out of ideas for finding a solution, so I ask here. What else should I check?

Thanks for reply. I'm using dovecot and rspamd as spamfilter. However on some of servers there is amavis still, but it makes no difference – on both traffic tab is "empty" (0 KB)

I also have this issue. I use ISPCONFIG 3.2.5 with dovecot and amavis. The Mailbox traffic tab does not show data.
Is there any solution?

Yes, I notice this issue as well.

My system is:
Ubuntu v20.04.2, ISPConfig v3.2.5, amaivis, postfix, dovecot.
