Mails not signed with DKIM - Amavis not setting ORIGINATING?

Hi everyone,
I recently updated my Multiserver Setup to ISPC3.1b1 (and its awesome ! ). Adding the 4096bit-DKIM-Keys needed some databases-changes (4096bit-Key did not fit in the column "data" in the table "dns_rr") but besides that everything worked fine.
Sadly my outgoing mails are not signed with the DKIM keys. It seems this is caused by amavis because outgoing mails are missing the "originating-flag". I looked through every config file but after several hours of trying i gave up.
Am i missing something? What could cause amavis to not flag outgoing mails as "originating"?

mail.log shows the following warning (and my server is definitly not an open-relay):
