Managing gateway ?

    Hello all,

    I have been using Ubuntu 8.04LTS server as gateway. The linux box has two ethernet interfaces, one (eth0) has been connected to ADSL router which connects to ISP, and another (eth1) is connected to local network.

    At present, all local windows machines connects to eth1 as their gateway. Now, I want facility of allow/disallow certain local machines to use the gateway. Can anybody please guide me?

    Setting up a firewall or proxy server to deny access to certain IP addresses can do the trick
