And to be sure that nothing gets mixed up here: ISPConfig has two kinds of white/black lists. The ones implemented in the RoundCube plugin are the spam filter white- blacklists as far as I know, not the postfix white/blacklists.
Also it wouldn't hurt to reinstall the plugins to ensure you are on the latest version; it might even fix your issue.
