Migration Toolkit - which PHP Version - resolved

Default PHP (cli) on SOURCE is 7.0.330ubuntu0.16.04.12.
Default PHP (cli) on TARGET is 7.2.240ubuntu0.18.04.3.
Which PHP version on the target should be used for webs that currently use PHP 7.1? (Default):
Please provide an answer or enter 'quit' to abort at any time.

I tried every answer I could think of think of and restarting the migration toolkit several times!
In the end, typing 'Default' (not just clicking [Enter]) manually was the solution.

I believe you have to write the name of PHP version you have given when adding the additional PHP versions. The same one that shows on the drop down list for those PHP versions for website.
