Ok, I thought so and I don't think I have OpenVZ sites. But I do (or did) have issues with systemd when I was attempting to upgrade to Jessie. So when I searched the forum, this tutorial came up. So I was trying to gather information before I attempt to upgrade again.
Do you know if your hosting provider uses OpenVZ containers? If your server is running on top of Proxmox it's probably converted to LXC container allready.
