Modify billing module language and PDF for Australian requirements

    Hello,

    Can you please advise on the best approach to make the following modifications to email and PDF invoices as generated by the billing module:

    * Rename VAT to GST
    * Apply a default GST rate of 10%
    * Rename Invoice to Tax Invoice

    You can edit all texts of the billing module with the language editor that is built into ispconfig. See System > language editor

    The default vat rate can be changed on line 47 of the file /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/lib/classes/plugin_invoiceitem.inc.php
