Multiserver on Linode. Changes take long to populate

    Hey there

    I have a multiserver config, two servers running debian 7.6 + ispconfig stable.
    server 1 has most services and server 2 has only email.
    My only problem is when i make changes in email (create, delete, mailboxes) changes take a lot of time to populate to other servers.

    How can I fix that?

    It should take max 60 second until changes are synced as the sync job runs once a minute.
