First of all you need to have a webserver like Apache or Nginx. Depends on what you like and where you can work with. For this forum you need to setup PHP, and you also need to setup a DB server for the forum. myBB recommends that you use PHP 5.5 MySQL 5.5 So I suggest you use these packages.
