default-character-set=utf8 character-set-server=utf8 will this affect operation of ISPCONFIG3? if added in the /etc/mysql/my.cnf ubuntu 10.04+ispconfig 3.0.2.2
If you installed ispconfig with the recommended utf8 setting as the installer suggested, then it should not be affected by this change.
