Hm, if you restart mysql on both servers and watch /var/log/syslog on both servers, is there anything unusual?
Not eactly sure how or why, but rebuilding from scratch (formatting) seems to have solved the problem... I Appreciate all of your efforts in trying to solve the problem. Thank you Dave
