New installation configuration issues

They are in the directories, as I mentioned, so I'm not sure why ls isn't able to find the files.

EDIT:
I figured it out, apparently when I uploaded the files originally two folders got renamed. I am not sure how the folders got renamed because on my desktop they are correctly named.
