Check the mail.log to find out why. most likely, your server is still blacklisted and that's why you don't receive these emails.
noted, i checked and cleared spamhaus however, with google/gmail, its still black listed. it's asked me to verify domain, but both TXT and CNAME is not working, see screenshot https://snipboard.io/Z16s0P.jpg
