    Dear All,
I have a home pc setup with centos 5.5. So the internet is based on dhcp. So I would like to know how I can install no-ip or equivalant which have some gui to control the settings.

Just get a hostname from no-ip and then configure your router to update your no-ip settings whenever your IP changes. Also make sure that your router forwards all necessary ports to your PC (e.g. port 80 for HTTP if you run a web server).
