Why would you want to do that? acme.sh is the future standard client for acme as it causes less issues than certbot. There can't be any conflicting certs unless you install a second LE client.
So if I am developing a shopping cart on test with using a certbot certificate, you are saying I shouldn't have have any problems after I upload to prod, even though prod is using acme... correct? If there is any risk of conflicts/inconsistent behaviors, then I minus well use my original workaround and install acme on test.
