the .dist files should already be there by default. no changes should be needed for any of them, apart from copying /var/lib/roundcube/plugins/ispconfig3_account/config/config.inc.php.dist to /var/lib/roundcube/plugins/ispconfig3_account/config/config.inc.php and putting the correct details for your api connection in there.
