php version & upgrade apache2

    I have the latest version of ISP 3.1.1.p1 under Ubuntu Server 14.04 (3.13.0-100-generic # 147-Ubuntu). I have apache 2.4.7 and php 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.20. I need to upgrade both. How can I do this without ISP breaks? May?
