Hi, maybe I'am a little bit stupid or blind. Trying since hours to secure phpmyadmin with https.
I like to call https://myispconfigserver.domain.tld:8080/phpmyadmin or https://myispconfigserver.domain.tld/phpmyadmin. Nice would be http://myispconfigserver.domain.tld/phpmyadmin redirected to https://myispconfigserver.domain.tld/phpmyadmin.
    openSUSE 13.1 latest patches
    ISPCONFIG latest version
Multiserver installation where myispconfigserver has only the ISPCONFIG webinterface and phpmyadmin. Official startssl certificate ist installed and working for https://myispconfigserver.domain.tld:8080

Thanks for help and happy easter

    Rainer

On debian this is working by default, not quite sure how opensuse configures phpmyadmin. If the phmyadmin URL is an alias in apache, then it will work in all vhsts incl. the ispconfig vhost so you can then call phpmyadmin also o port 8080 with https. In ISPConfig you will have to set then the full url to phpmyadmin starting with https://.... under system > interface config.
