Like it says.
As host name enter 'www'
as domain name enter your domain name without www, so 'yourdomain.com'

 

If your server's hostname is www.example.com, then you enter www as hostname and example.com as domain. If your hostname is server1.example.com, then you enter server1 as hostname and example.com as domain.
