I read your article "Virtual users and domains with postfix..." - very interested, but I have OS Mandriva 2008.0 (x86_64) and I can't install postfix rpm with Mysql support. What it is necessary to change? Now my logs contents message "postfix-mysql package install?"
step1 : not installed openldap-devel, postgresql-devel step2: not installed libsasl2-plug-anonymous, libsasl2-plug-crammd5,libsasl2-plug-gssapi this packages I can't find for mandriva x86_64. step3: rpmbuild -ba postfix.spec error, mysql-devel and postgresql-devel not installed Next I find mysql-devel, but this packages is not installed without mysql-client, mysql-common, lib64mysql15. All this packages alredy installed. I think this problem because version difference OS and packages mysql-devel. step12: test postfix failure
Did you configure urpmi as shonw in chapter 6 on http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_server_mandriva_2008.0_p4 ?
I can't configure, because any servers show this message: curl: (9) server denied you to change to the given directory
I'm add source and now I have all pakages from artical's list, but postgresql-devel does not make installing.
All packages installed, errors on step 3: rpmbuild -ba postfix.spec ********************************* /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-mandriva-linux-gnu/4.2.2/../../../libmysqlclient.so when searching for -lmsqlclient /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so when searching for -lmsqlclient /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmsqlclient
