I just bought a dedicated server and installed the required apps (I had to change the hostname permanently for the MySQL to work). But... an error occurred while it was installing. My system is: Core 2 Duo Centos 5 Any help would be great. Thanks in advance! //Edit: After a while I posted this message I found out that my name server is 4.2.2.2 and no 127.0.0.1. Is this any clue that I need to create a DNS server? Is there any tutorial where I can find more?
You should install and configure all services as described here: http://www.ispconfig.org/documentation.htm There are installation guides for all suppoerted Linux distributions.
