Problem FTP USER permission Default

hi.
I have big problem.
When i create FTP account from ISPconfig, the permission and user associated are completely wrong.
i show you ls -la of my site folder:

Can explain me how to set IPSconfig for making default ftp account whit web#/client# and not root/root ??

i think i understand my error. I have download wordpress file via ssh with a root user and i have unizped it with the same user. I have try a different metod and create a specify shell user, and now all working good ;-).

I have another little question. i can installa a file manager, like cpanel or plesk, for ISPconfig?
