Hi there i've 2 server with ispconfig, configured in multi server setup, working correclty. Ispconfig1 is the master, Ispconfig2 is the secondary. The first server has a main domain configured on it, now i want to install the mail domain on second server, and then migrate all the data and account to Ispconfig2. The problem is that when i'll try to add the domain to Ispconfig2 i'll get the error "Duplicate Domain." What 's the problem?
The domain already exists. Just migrate the mails to new server, update the server_id-fields in the database used for mail on the master and resync the maildomains.
Hi, no on the second server the domain does not exist. Some times ago i've configured the other ispconfig server in the same way (i saw domain on both primary and secondary, i've user a transport tu sue the secondary as backup mx and delivery the mail on the primary in ase of problems).
