Can't update any files via FTP and can't update chmod via terminal and chuwn also. When I create a new site everything is ok until some time past. Help me please! I'm a subscriber , bought €5 manual.
Seems as if you chowned the files to a wrong user. all files in this website has to be owned by the user web1, a user with the name ubuntu is not used on a ispconfig server setup.

Such a user can not exist as each website runs under its own user for security reasons. If such a user would exist then a hacker that hacks one website would be bale to take over all other websites on your server.
