Problems sending emails from local test server.

Okay I re-installed Debian and am going through the Perfect Server Debian 10 doc again. Also "updating" it with some changes.
After installing the mail stuff (Postfix, Dovecot), I sent a test message from the command line, which duly arrived at my normal address.

I have not installed Amavis yet, so we will see what happens at that step.
I think the issue may have been these two lines: (assuming Amavis does not break things)
-o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticated,reject

No, but I can confirm an upgrade from 10 to 11 works.
I am running ISPConfig on Debian 11. I did upgrade my semi production server at home. In production I run Debian 10. I did update Debian 10 to 11 with the following howto: https://www.howtoforge.com/update-the-ispconfig-perfect-server-from-debian-10-to-debian-11/
