Problems with spam.

    Hi, I'm having trouble spam email accounts hosted on ispconfig 3.

    Currently it is receiving a large number of spam mails in many customer accounts.
    It was also detected in some customers receiving spam from their own email accounts.

    Opened a way around this and the system automanticamente eliminated spam messages or send them directly to the spam folder ??

    You can configure the level when spam is marked in the subject and when spam is deleted in the spamfilter policy settings. The policy settings are explained in detail in the ispconfig manual. Most relevant are the spam tag 2 level and the spam kill level. you can also filter the email that is tagged as spam automatically into the junk folder, see checkbox "move mail to junk folder" on the email filter tab of the mailbox settings.
