ProFTPd Can not log in with Web-FTP or third party clients.

    Yup, not quite the same thing that I am experiencing, however I checked to make sure the pam config file exists.

    OK...I guess we can close this thread...I re-installed proftpd which resolved my issue. I have another question but will create a new thread for this. Thanks for your time falko, I appreciate your help and has furthered my understanding of ISPConfig.
