Standard Proxmox install (bare metal), 2 VMs for the two instances of ISPC, 1 VM for Win. Never mix different virtualization systems. IF (not recommended!) one of the ISPC instances does have access to the Proxmox's management network (big security risk!) then you can use Proxmox's API to create more VM instances from a virtualhost.
