I would like to know if it's possible to create a catch all mail domain?
It should be understanded as in even if there is some main to a gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc, then it would get received in one single ISPConfig mailbox.
The reason is that I have to try to upgrade a server in a lab environment and would like to that no emails will be sent online ( If there is something in a mail queue ) because it's in a lab, but still I need to know that the everything works.

EDIT: My plan is also to configure postfix on the server there has to get upgraded to sent everything through the ispconfig server

You can e.g. set inet_interfaces to 127.0.0.1 in postfix, so you can test the mail system locally but no mail will leave the server.
