I was wondering about the traffic limit. How does this work? Does it do http?ftp?webmail? Also how does disk space work? Also when a user reach's his/her traffic limit does it suspend automaticly?

The traffic limit includes everything that is included in the traffic statistics of the website:

    Web, Mail and FTP

Webmail (web traffic) is only counted if you install a webmail program in the user webspace.

    Linux system quota.

That depends on the settings you have chosen for the website. You can automatically suspend the website or send a warning.

All traffic statistics where generated nightly, this means the traffic quota exceedence is checked once every night.

So when a user goes over say 20gb bandwidth limit it will suspend automaticly that night?

    I guess using cron?

What will happen to the site that displays to the user?

Will it say suspended? Or something of that nature?
