Check /var/log/ispconfig/ispconfig.log and run server.sh from the command line and see if you find mysql errors. You could test the credentials in dbmaster_* settings from /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/config.inc.php and ensure they work with the mysql client.
Hello, after having updated to 3.2.11, and after making any changes in the panel, the red bubble does not disappear. The change has been made, but the bubble is still there. I have tried /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.sh but without success. There was a mirror server that is off, could this be the problem? How do I delete the jobqueue? Thank you
Yes, that's the reason as there are pending changes for it. Never do that, it will break your system. Either switch on the system that is currently off, then the red bubble will go aware, or remove the server permanently from config, or if you can not do either of the two options, then you can set the updated column in server table in the ispconfig database to the same value that the other active node has. But be aware that the disabled slave node might be out of sync then in the future as it is not able to resync with the skipped changes from master.
