Hi Till, yes all the email address exist in that file ..... /etc/postfix/virtusertable regards brainz
Do you have these two lines in your postfix main.cf file: virtual_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtusertable mydestination = /etc/postfix/local-host-names
What's the output of Code: grep "[email protected]" /etc/postfix/virtusertable ? Are you sure you have [email protected] and not [email protected] in that file (that's a difference)?
falko when i type that command i dont get a output at al does this mean that they do not exist in the virtusertable... as suggested below they are [email protected] the non www version is not in the file. Do i have to remove the www out of each of them.... regards brainz
This means that [email protected] doesn't exist, but [email protected] does. Please add a Co-Domain tracshosting.com (without hostname) to the www.tracshosting.com web site in ISPConfig.
Hi Guys, falko and till Usually i hate to admin fault but in this case i am... it was me that stuffed it up and i did pay for it.... yes falko the co domain did work... and the mail server is up and running... falko, till a big thankyou... The next issue i will be having is with the dns server that seems to stay shutdown and i cannot restart it but i wanna first see it was me that messed it up by changing a setting first... regards and thanks again brainz.
We could have solved this faster if you havent told me that the address is in virtusertable while it was not there Please make a new thread out of this new problem.
