Relay access denied

    Hi Till,

    yes all the email address exist in that file ..... /etc/postfix/virtusertable

    Do you have these two lines in your postfix main.cf file:

    virtual_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtusertable
    mydestination = /etc/postfix/local-host-names

    Yes i checked and i have both lines in main.cf

    falko when i type that command i dont get a output at al does this mean that they do not exist in the virtusertable... as suggested below they are [email protected] the non www version is not in the file.


    Do i have to remove the www out of each of them....

    Hi Guys,

    falko and till

    Usually i hate to admin fault but in this case i am... it was me that stuffed it up and i did pay for it....

    yes falko the co domain did work... and the mail server is up and running...

    falko, till a big thankyou...

    The next issue i will be having is with the dns server that seems to stay shutdown and i cannot restart it but i wanna first see it was me that messed it up by changing a setting first...

    We could have solved this faster if you havent told me that the address is in virtusertable while it was not there ;)

    Please make a new thread out of this new problem.
