First, when you're creating a reseller, don't give the option of a template if that template converts that reseller into a client. Just don't show it, or have templates applying to either client or reseller. I was questioning my sanity when i'd create a reseller and then find the reseller in the client list. Allow template creation for resellers. Would also be nice if you could have some finer grain control over what "packages" a reseller could hand out. As admin, you specify some templates and a reseller can only create clients with these (as opposed to being able to customise everything)
