reseller unavailable

    what setting in the database indicates that an account is a reseller?

    i have a couple of resellers set up, and were working fine, but after using the migration tool, some setting for one of the reseller's has changed.
    the account still shows up in the gui under reseller's, but if i go to a edit, or add a client, on the limits tab, this reseller doesn't show up on the drop down list for the option 'client of reseller'

    i've looked at the client table in the database, and i can't see any differences in any of the settings for the two reseller accounts.
