[RESOLVED] Resync Tools in Crontab task

Hi all,
I have a question,
Is it possible to automate resync tools in a cron job that would turn every minute?

thank for your answer, I would create mailbox without cpanel interface.
To trying this, I have inserted data into "mailuser" but if I don't run resync tools, mailbox is not created :/

 

It´s not a good idea to insert values directly in the database. Better use the remote-api.
