Hi, I have to call up my ISP to set teh reverse DNS to my host name. however is my hostname the servers name which i put webserver1.mydealsexpress.com or is it also mail.mydealsexpress.com this is for my smtp banner to match. THank you Ben

Instead of using all a records for subdomain pointint to the IP why not using cname records to point to the main domain? So you'll ahve to change the IP at fewer places if it changes.
Use the Name from "postconf myhostname" for the PTR-Record. You don`t ptr-records in your dns-zone and can`t use more then one name for each IP with ptr.
