Hello, I just tryed to install ispconfig3_account but I canot finish it since in roundcube I am getting wrong password/login error. I created new DB user for roundcube database, but it does not work, where I should please find soap api user and password?

You create the user and set a password, that is the first step in the instructions you were directed to above.
