Check this for CentOS http://www.howtoforge.com/samba-server-installation-and-configuration-on-centos-7 I believe you need it in CentOS 7
See Debian comes with samba 3.6.6 version, still Debian wheezy have not updated the Samba4 in their repositories. May be soon they will deploy it. If you are specifically concerned to Samba4 in Debian then you can isnatll it through https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=samba4 Rest matter for the Configuration part will be same as mentioned in the tutorial link given above
