server reached max_children setting

Hello Friends,
My system is an Ubuntu 20.04 OS, ISPConfig 3.2.10, Ngnix.
My sites are running php 8.1.
In the log file /var/log/php8.1-fpm.log, there are lines often showing these:

What is optimal setting?

 

If there were an optimal setting, it would be the default.
You have to run tests and measurements in your environment to determine optimal setting in that particular environment.

 

I have increased it from 10 to 15.

Psychologically, I feel that my site is faster.
